Within 24 hours you will be contacted by an EFI Sales professional or Customer Service representative. We’ll discuss your needs with you to best determine how EFI can provide best value.

2. Optimize

Together we’ll define the project scope, be it a Custom PET preform project, a new preform tool, refurbishment, alteration, repair (etc), and define the best way to achieve your goals.

3. Order

Customer Service will process your order via e-mail and confirm all purchase orders and delivery dates within 24 hours as well as support you in scheduling order deliveries and freight.

4. Responsiveness

We recognize your business often needs a quick response, and we are committed to provide:

  • For standard preform or tooling project/services we’ll provide pricing within 24 hours of request
  • For custom projects with a clear communication of information, we’ll provide a proposal within 12 hours of request and pricing within 48-72 hours of request

5. Reliable Delivery

Our production facility runs 24/7 and produces consistent quality products:

  • First-off quality management approval prior to production
  • Producing to customer drawings and agreed requirements
  • Tooling qualification and process optimization, if appropriate, at EFI on one of our injection presses with preform inspection report and sample preforms provided
  • Tooling qualification and process optimization at EFI, on one of our injection presses with preform inspection report and sample preforms provided (if appropriate)

6. Follow-up Support

After your initial production run, we will be in touch to ensure all purchase orders and delivery dates within 24 hours as well as Support you in scheduling order deliveries and freight.
